She enjoys teaching basic plant and mushroom identification and is an avid hiker, backpacker, and trail-runner. A graduate of Eastern Washington University’s MFA program, her work has appeared in such publications as Juked Magazine, the Alaska Quarterly Review, The Adirondack Review, and many more.
