Mary Ann Winkowski, from Cleveland, Ohio, has communicated with earthbound spirits for most of her life, helping them move to the White Light. Known for her work as a paranormal investigator, she has been a consultant on "Ghost Whisperer" and has appeared on numerous TV and radio programs. She assists with cold cases and works with businesses, hospitals, and even sports teams. Her books include When Ghosts Speak (2007), The Book of Illumination (2009), and The Ice Cradle (2010), as well as Beyond Delicious (2011), which features recipes from spirits.
David Powers earned a degree in Creative Writing from Ohio University. He wrote Beyond Delicious with "ghost whisperer" Mary Ann Winkowski. His fiction has appeared under the name David Christopher in magazines such as Lost Worlds, The MacGuffin, The Inflated Graveworm, and Enigmatic Tales. As David Christopher, he also wrote As Alive, So Dead with Mary Ann Winkowski.
