The partnership and hard work of Bob Neal and Edgar Hellum resulted in the restoration of a Cornish home turned resturant in Wisconsin that captured the hearts of many. They started a historic preservation movement in the area and during the Great Depression, helped Mineral Point to become the first city listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Wisconsin. 

"All Roads Lead to Pendarvis" refers to the slogan on an early advertisement for the restaurant.
