This special collectible ornament is inspired by the gilded statue Wisconsin, the crowning feature of the dome of the Wisconsin State Capitol. The statue, designed by the sculptor Daniel Chester French, is a classical strong femaile dressed in an ancient styled stola and robe. Her right arm is raised high representing our state motto, Forward. The statue can be seen for miles and is one of Wisconsin’s most famous and treasured sites.

Note: The annual Capitol ornaments are excluded from discounts. Since 2004, the proceeds from ornament sales have supported over restoration projects around the Capitol building. Previous ornament sales have helped to fund the visitor's bird's eye view from the glass perch inside the dome of the State Capitol.
