Wittnebel’s Tavern is a unique piece of Wisconsin heritage. Originally established in Old Ashippun in 1906, the family-run tavern served its community for over 80 years before being relocated and carefully restored at Old World Wisconsin. Today, the tavern’s 1930s charm has been fully revived as part of an immersive experience celebrating Wisconsin’s rich brewing tradition.
