Our glazed stemless wine glasses are made right here in Wisconsin at Forward Pottery. Each glass is hand turned and glazed, making each one unique. The design features a subtle spiral effect in the surface that makes it comfortable in the hand, and it has given it the knickname of the "twisty" wine glass.

Size: About 4" tall x 3" wide. The mouth is 2.5"  Approximately 10oz.

Dishwasher safe. Microwave save. Oven safe.

Forward pottery is made from stoneware clay. After forming on the potter's wheel, it is dried, fired in an electric kiln, glazed, and then fired once more making it extremely durable.

Message from the MakerAll of these pieces are hand-made they are not identical! There are different lines on the clay from the potter's fingers and variations in the glaze, which are unpredictable but just make the pieces more fun to turn in your hands and admire. :)  I use commercial glazes on all of my pottery, making the pieces food-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe. No special handling required! The only thing to avoid with all ceramic or glassware is moving the pieces from one extreme temperature to another, such as moving a casserole dish from the fridge to a pre-heated oven. This thermal-shock can cause items to crack, so please take the time to allow things to warm up or cool down slowly.
