A part of the "Real Wisconsin" line . exclusively from the Wisconsin Historical Society! Starting in the mid-1800's, German immigrants began their journey to America and settled in the Midwest. Of all the things Wisconsin's German immigrants gave us, one of the most widely popular is the bratwurst. However you prefer to cook them, they have become part of the Dairy State's identity and culture.
