One of our most popular workshops, this one will fill up fast!  Join us as we make two kinds of traditional sausages inspired by Old World recipes.  You'll really see how the sausage gets made -- grinding meat, working with natural casings, and creating the perfect spice blend. You will take home approximately 5 lbs of fresh sausage and recipes to use at home in your own kitchen.

Date: November 16, 2019
Time: 12-3 pm (No lunch or break provided).
Cost: $125 per person (Not Refundable)

For learners age 13 and up. This workshop is held in our modern Clausing Café, and all materials to be provided.  Before the day of the class, we will email parking and entry instructions.

All apprenticeships require a minimum number of participants to occur. If your apprenticeship does not meet the minimum capacity, you will be contacted prior to the date and issued a refund. Registration is non-refundable unless apprenticeship cancelled by Old World Wisconsin.
