Come and join us for a German pig roast - a Spanferkel - and feast on heritage pork that has been slowly spit roasted over a fire all day.

Accompanying freshly roasted pork will be historic side dishes using produce from our heirloom gardens, and historic beer brewed here at Old World Wisconsin. Try the seasonal foods and recipes of early Wisconsin immigrants!

Special Notes:
  • All guests not drinking beer must purchase the "Without Beer" ticket which includes soft-drinks. 
  • This event is designed for adults guests and children age 12 and up.

Roasted Pork, Gravy, Potato Salad,
Rye Bread, Kuchen, Strawberry Marmalade,
Hard-Boiled Eggs, Green Beans,
Lemonade, and Historic Beer!

Advance registration is required. Limited space (30 seats) is available, so plan ahead and purchase your tickets today! Physical tickets will not be mailed. Please save your order confirmation email, and check in when you arrive.
