The leaves are hand-illustrated on clear polystyrene coated in resin. They measure about 16 mm wide (including leaves). Made with hypoallergenic nickel-free titanium earring posts and aluminum barrel backs with rubber cores. They earrings are lightweight and have an arched surface that gives a 3-D effect.

Poptone is a collection of handmade jewelry designed for the vibrantly quirky. I design, hand-illustrate, and assemble each piece with careful attention to detail and very hypoallergenic materials - all from my home studio. Poptone started in 2016 when I began experimenting with the combination of hand-drawn illustrations and transparent materials to create three-dimensional jewelry. My first designs arose from those experiments and grew into a jewelry collection now sold in boutiques, indie book stores, and museum gift shops across North America.
