Overview
Learn how to put together a more thorough story about your ancestors with Eleanor Brinsko, a professional genealogist who specializes in Norwegian-American and Midwestern United States genealogy. Discover how records are the core source for finding the stories of your ancestors and how underutilized collections can help expand and fill out your family tree. Understanding migration routes of our ancestors and special collections are all vital aspects of genealogical research. This workshop will provide the details of each of these strategies.
The workshop includes four, hour-long sessions and a 15-minute Q&A; there will be breaks and a break for lunch.
