About the Event

Grab your friends and family, pile in your car, and head to Old World Wisconsin on May 29-31 for a drive-through tour of the site this spring! Enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of Old World Wisconsin, all without leaving the comfort of your own vehicle.

The scenic tour (approximately 45 minutes in length) allows you to experience the site in a brand new way, including routes not accessible during the regular season. You'll travel along a set route, exploring vignettes that capture the beauty of Old World Wisconsin in the spring and experience the site's picturesque architecture and landscapes. See lambs, calves, budding gardens, and other sights to spark family stories and make new memories.


While guests will remain in their vehicles for the majority of the tour, there will be select opportunities to hop out for some Instagram-able photo stops in our favorite locations! Guests who pre-order their snack pack, filled with tasty treats like cheese curds, Usingers summer sausage, fresh asparagus and parmesan salad, lemon cookies, sugar cookies, grapes, and calypso lemonade.


Cost: $25/car (Snack pack is an additional $25)

Society members receive a 10% discount

About the Location

Old World Wisconsin documents the settlement of 19th- and early 20th-century Wisconsin. It comprises an 1870s crossroads village and 10 ethnic farmsteads located on 576 acres of wooded hills in the Southern Unit of Kettle Moraine State Forest.
