About General Admission

As our summer season comes to an end, we’re keeping some of your favorite experiences available through autumn. Fall into history at Old World Wisconsin and explore the site at a new, lower price for the season.

Wander through the woods, enjoy the beauty of homes, farms, and gardens as you discover history in a new way. Interact with costumed staff in select locations throughout the 600-acre attraction. Ride vintage tricycles, help with farm chores, take in a lesson in the schoolhouse, and meet the animals. Help harvest, prep, pickle, and pack goods for the coming winter. Work with wool and help cut and dry plants. You can also use your time travel tokens to shop in the village general store like it’s the 1880s, enjoy a soda water, and stop by the blacksmith shop to pick up a newly made hook.

During the fall season, some buildings will be unstaffed, featuring audio experiences, while other buildings may be closed for the season. An updated map will be provided on-site to help guide your experience. Trams will provide access to the entire grounds.
