About the Event

Enjoy a picnic dinner and conversation with "Conrad Seipp," 19th-century beer baron and the original owner of Black Point Estate and Gardens, at this interactive and immersive special event.

Randy Witt, local historian and member of the Black Point staff, brings Seipp to life with his reenactment of the iconic Chicago businessman. This is a very rare opportunity to experience the estate as a guest would have during the Victorian era. The picnic dinner, provided by Lake Geneva Country Meats, is paired with Seipp's Extra Pale Pre-Prohibition Pilsner. This program takes place at Black Point Estate's 1888 Queen Anne style summer cottage, considered one of the finest examples of Victorian architecture and furniture in the Midwest and one of the oldest mansions in Lake Geneva.

Cost: $26 (includes dinner and beer)
Society members receive a 10% discount
