When the Braves relocated from Boston to Milwaukee in 1953 it served as the catalyst for baseball to reexamine itself as a big business – resulting in a flurry of franchises relocating west, multi-league expansion and cities held hostage to build civically funded stadiums. This 60-minute Milwaukee Public Television documentary was produced by William Povletich, author of Milwaukee Braves: Heroes and Heartbreak.
